Live and Virtual Training and Certification
Our live training events are conducted all over the U.S., in Mexico and New Zealand, and are based on demand. We offer Live Group Certification Trainings as well as offering Live Private Certification. We are also offering virtual group certification trainings via Google Meet or Zoom so you can still get certified "live" without having to travel.
Live Group Certification: We can set these training and certification courses up for your studio or you can join one that is already scheduled on the PFA calendar! Check out the calendar below or contact your nearest Master Trainer for a heads up on upcoming trainings in your area. *Please note that registration will close 1-2 weeks prior to the live events to allow time to study the pre-training materials. The Registration Closing dates are noted on the calendar.*
Virtual Group Certification: Get the group experience without leaving your home! You must have a static pole and the ability to log onto the Google Meet and/or Zoom platform. Level 1 can be done solo, but for Level 2, you must register and work in pairs as there is quite a bit of spotting in this training which cannot be performed alone.
Private Certification: Our Master Trainers are happy to do a private training and certification. Find your nearest Master Trainer here.
The live and virtual group training events that are currently on the calendar are listed below. In order to register for the event and gain access to the pre-training materials, you will need to submit a deposit. The balance due for the training will be paid directly to your Master Trainer. Please note that the cost of the live trainings varies depending on local studio costs. Make sure to click on "More Info" to see the cost for each training event.

As with any type of recognized sport, the only way to show potential employers that you are qualified to teach is to acquire a certification. This shows them that you have received the proper training and helps them feel confident that you know how to teach safely, and you will not put your students in danger. The credentials of these organizations will help you stand out from other instructors who have not been certified, or whose certification has not been vetted by the appropriate organizations.
