Redelivery of PFA Member Kit - United States

If your new member kit (certificate, member card, tank top) was not deliverable due to an incorrect address or another issue through no fault of the PFA, you may request another kit be mailed to you by purchasing the redelivery to cover the postage expenses. If the shipping address on the package was an error on our end and NOT the address you provided to us, please contact us and we will redeliver at no additional charge to you.
